This place is very outdated. Everything is old. Mildew in bathroom. Large plastic tote in hallway with standing water from a leak. Not a good place to stay.

Room was clean, exactly as described, check in was super easy and hosts communicated wonderfully will definitely considers staying again for our next trip.

I had higher expectations of the hotel, due to the high ratings. However, when we arrived, the pool & hot tub were closed, the pillows were all lumpy, the bed was extremely firm, the shower light did not work, and the conditioner bottle was broken. At the front desk, the host verbally announced our room number and someone else’s information was displayed on the tablet. There were a variety of options on the continental breakfast but the quality was disappointing. Next time, I’ll find somewhere else to stay.

Disappointed that the Gun Room was closed on a busy Saturday night and the wait at the River Front Bar was lengthy and food very disappointing. ( hamburgers undercooked and fish overcooked) Waitress did a nice job and was apologizing for mistakes made by cook. Bartender was excellent! The noise level outside was extremely loud and we didn’t get any rest. This was coming from rooms and outside road traffic which made it a restless night. Nice hotel but wouldn’t stay here again if looking for rest and food.
